YUNAKSEA Cotyledon Pendens, 2" Pot

Cotyledon pendens, commonly known as 'Cliff Cotyledon' is a very attractive and hardy trailing succulent. The leaves are small, fat, and fleshy that can vary in colour from green, grey, and yellow with a hint of red. Beautiful red to orange bell-shaped flowers will appear during Spring and Summer, suspended from the trailing pendant branches which can reach 60cm long making this a real eye-catcher when in flower.

New growth is covered in a delicate white powder giving the foliage a silvery appearance. This plant was first discovered growing and trailing down the edge of sea cliffs in South Africa, which is where it's common name 'Cliff Cotyledon' originated from. Plant into a planter/hanging basket and watch the plant trail attractively over the edge. Like most succulents, this Cotyledon is waterwise and requires little care. Place in a bright sunny location in free draining soil.

Cotyledon pendens, commonly known as Cliff Cotyledon or Pendulous Cotyledon, is a charming succulent plant that belongs to the Crassulaceae family. Caring for Cotyledon pendens is relatively easy. It thrives in well-draining soil and prefers bright, indirect sunlight or partial shade. It can tolerate some direct sunlight.
